e-satisfaction continuously invests in the evolution of its Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Feedback Management platform, empowering organizations with modern technologies that transform customer feedback into actionable business intelligence.

As part of this strategic commitment to innovation, the company carried out a research and development project aimed at expanding the platform’s capabilities through Artificial Intelligence (AI), Advanced Analytics and modern cloud technologies.

This investment significantly enhances the platform’s ability to collect, unify, analyze and activate Voice of Customer (VoC) data, enabling organizations to make faster, data-driven decisions while transforming customer feedback into meaningful business actions and measurable business value.

As part of the project, e-satisfaction introduced a range of new capabilities that further strengthen its Customer Experience Management platform, including:
