With the detailed data export feature of e-satisfaction, each e-Business can export their customer’s feedback to have an overall overview of the scores provided from each customer while completing their purchase and after order’s delivery. It is also possible to export data from different time periods and compare your scores in each attribute seperately.
The exported file contains the following information:
- Customer’s Order id
- Overall Satisfaction Score
- Scores in each metric (i.e. product availability, shipping costs)
- Customer’s Comment
